Guarantee on Products
For us to return, re-run, or offer credit on products that are not up to order specs, the customer is required to have followed the order process steps. For example, in the case of decoration/imprinting dissatisfaction, the customer must have ordered a physical product sample, i.e. Step 1 of our order process. Please refer to our Terms and Conditions for more information.
Guarantee on Decoration/Imprinting
For us to return, re-run, or offer credit on products that are not up to order specs, the customer is required to have followed the order process steps. For example, in the case of decoration/imprinting dissatisfaction, the customer must have ordered a pre-production sample, i.e. Step 2 of our order process. Please refer to our Terms and Conditions for more information.
At Flashwholesaler.com, we stand by our guarantee; however, we do need the customer to work with us throughout the approval and order process to ensure products are exactly as expected. If you are not completely satisfied with your product purchase, please contact us within 15 days of delivery of your goods, and we will work with you to resolve the issue. |
